It’s the weekend! Do you have fun plans? Time to relax? I have big plans today – I’ll be attending the Ohio State football game! I attended OSU what seems like just a few years ago, but it’s been 10 years ago now! It’s always good to be back on campus and reminisce. The weather for today – October 6 in Columbus, Ohio – a high of 86 degrees. Eighty-six degrees! What in the world?! It will be a hot, sweaty day in Ohio Stadium, and in honor of that, today I’m sharing a cute lemonade stand card made with the Stampin’ Up! Sunny Days stamp set!
I stamped these images with black, then colored them with an aqua painter and three colors of ink – Calypso Coral, Mint Macaron, and Daffodil Delight. Using the aqua painter gives it the nice soft effect.
I love to send thinking of you cards, but sometimes it’s nice for them to be upbeat. The Stampin’ Up! Sunny Days set is perfect for that! In addition to thinking of you, it also has greetings for encouragement and fun summery images like a strawberry, watermelon, lemon/lime/orange, and lemonade glass.
That pretty leafy print in the background came from the Share What You Love paper pack which has gorgeous shimmery accents on the designs.

I hope you have a sunny day wherever you’re at! I’ll also hope that your weather will be a little cooler than the 86 degrees it’s going to be here!
