Your Presents Christmas Card

Sharing is caring!

It’s another Christmas card today! This one is a little different from my usual style. Anytime I’m making projects for a stamping challege, it makes me step outside of my crafty comfort zone a little bit, which is a good thing! Today I’m participating in two new challenges – Pals Paper Arts and the Paper Players. I used the Pals sketch below and turned it on its side for today’s card. The Paper Players challenge was a ‘clean and simple Christmas card.’ I thought that worked well with the sketch.

Here is the Your Presents Christmas card that I came up with.

I stamped the presents onto white cardstock and then cut them out with my snips. Then I used Crystal Effects and painted a light coating over top. Once that dried, I put on a hefty coating to give the presents the appearance of being glass or acrylic. You can see it a little better in the photo below.

I hope I get some pretty presents like these for Christmas! Maybe if I’m good Santa will bring me something special!

Those packages are so cute and a great idea for the trio of embellishments. I love the glossy look of the Crystal Effects over them! Thanks for joining us at the Pals Paper Arts this week?
