Stampin Up Gone Fishing & Simple Panel Card Ideas!

With Father’s Day coming up, it’s time to share some masculine card ideas! I used the Stampin Up Gone Fishing bundle to create today’s cards, and I’ll be sharing seven different panel card designs for you to try. I just love creating panel cards. They’re a great way to use your paper stash and even use paper scraps if you like. Take a look and see what you think!

Stampin Up Gone Fishing Bundle

This stamp and die set is perfect for men! Even if you don’t have any fishermen in your life, the greetings included are fantastic. As I created with this set, I found a lot more value in the die set than I expected I would. Make sure to watch along with today’s video where I explain more!

7 Panel Card Ideas

Here are seven different panel card ideas for you to try!

1. Quadrant Card

Begin with a piece of 4″ x 5 1/4″ paper. Cut it in half at 2″ and 2 5/8″, then flip two pieces to show the print on the reverse side.

2. Tri-Panel Card

Begin with a piece of 3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″ paper. Cut it into three pieces that measure 1 1/2″ x 3 1/4″.

3. Assorted Strips

The idea with this card is to use any size of paper and cut it into assorted strips. I began with a piece measuring 4″ x 4″ and I cut at random places.

4. Tackle Box Card

For this card, I used the tackle box and stamped into the compartments.

5. Tackle Box Leftovers Card

I was delighted to see what was leftover after I cut the tackle box. I created another panel card with the ‘trash!’

6. Patchwork Pieces Wave Card

For this card, I used a die from the Patchwork Pieces die set to cut the paper. I love how it turned out!

7. Patchwork Pieces Sunburst Card
