Hello and welcome! As a stamping and crafting enthusiast, one of my favorite things to do is challenge myself. I like to figure out how I can use my crafting products in more than one way, or in ways that give me more use out of stamps, die sets or tools than I originally thought I would get. Today I’d like to introduce Stampin Up’s Beauty of Friendship stamp set. This stamp set has all the parts needed to make beautiful tree-themed cards. However, when I think of trees, more often than not, I think of a lush green tree in the summertime. So, today I’m going to show you how to make six beautiful cards with this set that are perfect to use throughout the year, not just the warmer months! Let’s take a look.
Stampin Up Beauty of Friendship Stamp Set
Below is a picture of the Beauty of Friendship Stamp set. It includes a stamp for the tree trunk and two different styles of foliage stamps for different styles of trees. This set is a two-step stamp set, meaning each tree style has a stamp for the leaves and an additional stamp for the shading. The sayings and greetings are great for friendship, thinking of you, hello, thank you and encouragement cards.
The designer paper shown in the background is from the Beauty of the Earth paper pack. Isn’t it gorgeous? You’ll see it below on a few of my card samples.

Now, let’s take a look at the card projects I’ve created.
Beauty of Friendship Card Samples
Here are six cards created with Stampin Up’s Beauty of Friendship stamp set. I love how this one set can cover all the seasons of the year.
1. Beautiful Background Card
This first card was made using the Beauty of the Earth designer paper. I also used a new punch from the 2021-2022 catalog called the Elegant Tag Punch, which can be used to make tags in SO many different sizes and shapes.
2. Winter Card
The background of this card was made with acetate sheets that I cut with a new die set called the Scalloped Contours dies. I really love the soft subtle greys and whites on this card, making it great to use in the wintertime.
3. Designer Paper Card
4. Summertime Card
For this card, again I used the Elegant Tag punch, the Beauty of Friendship stamps and Beauty of the Earth designer paper. The different shades of green make this card perfect for summertime.
5. Springtime Card
The card I created as a springtime card is the same template I used on today’s video project. See it in the top center in the photo below? Simply switching up the colors for the trees gives this card the ability to be appropriate for different seasons.
Next, let’s take a look at the card I made in the video – the fall card.
