Oh What Fun Tag Kit Christmas Cards

Sharing is caring!

Yesterday I finally got around to fixing my Christmas cards to send. I have been making Christmas cards since August for classes and to share here on my website and I had been thinking all along that I had plenty of cards to send. Well guess what, I didn’t! I was about fifteen short and I was on a deadline! I wanted to get them in the mail this morning and I didn’t have much time yesterday to work on making more. I headed up to my stamping room to figure out what to do. Laying there on my table was my answer – tags from the Oh What Fun Tag Kit already assembled.

What would I do with them? This is what I did with them.

Like I said, I already had the tags put together, so all I had to do was cut cards bases and emboss the card fronts with the Softly Falling embossing folder (a new favorite of mine). Then I added the tags on top with dimensionals.

I couldn’t use all of the tags because some of them have jingle bells attached! That wouldn’t fit very well in an envelope! I will need to hand-deliver the tag shown above because the snowflake pops up quite a bit, but most of the tags like the one below should mail just fine.

The Oh What Fun Tag Kit is being retired and is only available through January 4 or while supplies last. It would be a great way for you to get a jump start on next year’s cards or tags.
