We will be sharing some lovely Christmas projects with you today, and I’m so excited to be sharing an interchangeable seasonal wreath frame that I made, along with a coordinating Christmas card. This set would be an amazing gift for your loved ones this season, so keep reading and we’ll take a look!

Here are my coordinating card and frame. I used the Stampin Up Arrange a Wreath stamp set and Wreath Builder dies to create them. Aren’t they lovely?

Here is a closeup of the card. The detail in the Wreath Builder die set is fantastic! I didn’t even use the stamp set to create this, except for on the greeting tag.

I mentioned that this is an interchangeable season wreath frame, so let’s talk about the interchangeable part. I used the Arrange A Wreath bundle, which you can see below, to create decorations for each season. The set includes hearts for Valentine’s Day, Easter eggs, flowers for spring and summer, fall leaves, poinsettias, and a partridge and pears…too cute! The stamp set also includes greetings that I stamped on tags for the center of the wreath.

I made enough of the interchangeable pieces to have five for each season to adorn the wreath. I used poinsettias and pears individually, but I glued two of the leaves, eggs, and flowers together for each interchangeable piece.

Making The Seasonal Wreath Interchangeable

How exactly do you change out the pieces for this interchangeable seasonal wreath frame? With velcro dots! I used a full dot for the greeting in the center, but I cut the others into quarters to make them small enough to fit behind the decorations.

I used the soft ‘loop’ side of the velcro on the frame, and the rougher ‘hook’ side on the interchangeable pieces. The reason for this is that I placed a piece of felt into one of my empty stamp cases to hold the extra pieces when they’re not in use (see above). This only works when the hook side of the velcro is attached to the pieces.
