Grateful For You Card

It’s been a little while since I’ve done any stamping challenges, so it was a fun project for me to work on yesterday. I found two that I decided to participate in- the TGIF challenge and Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. The TGIF Challenge this week is the monthly remix, so I chose to mix up two of the previous October challenges- the color challenge using Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie, as well as the ‘thankful’ challenge.

Here is the Grateful For You card that I came up with.

Grateful For You card using Stampin' Up! Vintage Leaves, Lighthearted Leaves and Winter Wonderland Designer Vellum

If you follow my blog, you might be getting tired of seeing leaves, but I love them so much! They fit right in with the ‘thankful’ theme, so I couldn’t resist. I embossed the leaves from the Vintage Leaves stamp set, and then sponged the three colors from the color challenge over top before cutting them out using the Big Shot and Leaflets dies.

The background of the card is embossed with the Woodland embossing folder, which I’ve been using like crazy. The pretty vellum with a crackled gold pattern comes from the Winter Wonderland designer vellum stack.

In the spirit of today’s post, I want to say that I’m ‘So grateful for you’ who support my Stampin’ Up! business! I appreciate it more than you know! Thank you!

Just a quick hello to tell you your card is gorgeous! So many components that go together well. The ribbon detail has me green with envy. Still mastering that technique. Happy Tuesday to you.
