Giveaway Week Continues – Win Stampin Up Bird Ballad Bundle

Just one more day until you can begin ordering from the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog! Make sure to stop back tomorrow, because I will have the PDF version of the catalog posted, and you can also do shopping on the website, even though that is MUCH less fun than seeing the actual catalog along with project samples! I saved my biggest giveaway of this week for today. Have you heard of Stampin Up Bird Ballad? If so, I bet you’re excited right now, and if not, keep reading!

Join in the fun with Stampin Up giveaway week and win fun prizes all week!

Today’s giveaway will be the Free As A Bird stamp set and Stitched Nested Labels Dies, which come together as a bundle for 10% off! Squeal!! These are arguably some of the absolute most popular products in this year’s catalog. Take a look and see why!

In just a minute I’ll share a little about how I made this card, but first let’s take a look at the bundle up close. The stamp set includes gorgeous birds, sweet flowers, and lovely greetings. The amazing stitched nested labels cut the perforated lines both inside AND outside the cut line, so you can use them so many ways! It is also possible to shorten or extend the length of the shapes. Amazing!

Stampin Up Free As a Bird Bundle and Bird Ballad Suit

For my card today, I used one of our Noble Peacock Foil Sheets, in the color of Blueberry Bushel, as the card base. That blue foil is just stunning in person! I used a piece of Perennial Essence designer paper to mat the card, then embossed a piece of the Petal Pink Perennial Essence Vellum to place on top. I embossed it with the Lace embossing folder, and after doing so I realized embossing was just what it needed! Now it gleams! I stamped the birds with Memento ink, then used Stampin’ Blends markers to color them in.

The birds are awfully cute and I love the hexagon shape for popping them up. I have to say, though, that the white trees is just lovely and my favorite.

Great job of coloring the SU “Free As A Bird” stamp set! Your red breasted robins look so realistic. Your choice of the sentiment: “Thanks For Being You” is exactly what I want to say to you. Thanks for the chance to win your giveaway!
