The For the Birds stamp set is too stinkin’ cute. It’s just too adorable to let it pass by before it retires, so for today’s card I wanted to use this set.

Choosing which stamp to use was a hard decision. I almost decided to make a few different cards, but no time for that! I went with the birdbath.
I stamped with StazOn and added color with an Aqua Painter. This technique is becoming one of my favorites. Just a few days ago I featured this Sunflower card that I created the same way.
I got the stamping and watercoloring done and then put the card together. This is when I look at it and say, ‘What else does it need?’ What else can I add to make it cuter!?’ Usually a ribbon or embellishment does a great job to make the card POP! This time I went with some rhinestones. I love how they look on the bird bath. Wouldn’t this make you smile if you received it from a friend?
