It’s Saturday and I’ll be crafting allllllll weekend! This is my first of two weekend retreats I host in the fall/winter each year. This one is held at a nice little lodge at a camp in central Ohio. Earlier in the week I had learned that the water system there wasn’t working, but thankfully it has been repaired! I have no idea what we would have done if they didn’t have water! Hopefully while we are crafting there, you can spend some time crafting from home. Need an idea for a masculine birthday card? Today’s project is a masculine deer birthday card made with the Dashing Deer stamp set from this year’s holiday catalog.
I love the deer stamps in this set. They’re lovely for Christmas cards, but I thought they would also be perfect for some manly all-occasion cards too. I added the Make a Wish greeting from our Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set, and it works for a birthday!
I added the leafy motifs as a border around the deer. That was a stamp from the Dashing Deer set as well.
