A Perfectly Plaid Christmas Card Idea

Sharing is caring!

Welcome! The countdown is on for Christmas! I’ll be busy most of the weekend with gatherings, then we have a little break before our gatherings this coming week. I would imagine that you will be busy as well! I’ll spend the next few days sharing Christmas projects that have not yet made it onto my blog, and ironically, many of these last-minute projects feature our same stamp and punch bundle. It’s a favorite I guess! Here is today’s project…a Perfectly Plaid Christmas card idea!

I began this card by creating a simple watercolor wash background with Real Red ink and an aqua painter. I picked up some ink and ‘painted’ back and forth across the card until I liked the way it looked. Then I used the Perfectly Plaid stamp set for the greeting and Pine Tree Punch and Night Before Christmas designer series paper to make those cute trees.

There you have it – today’s Perfectly Plaid Christmas card idea. I’ll be back at the beginning of the week with a few more project ideas. Enjoy your time with family and friends!
