Sample Projects

Let’s take a look at the card samples I’ve created with these products. Here is a very simple card that I stamped first, then embossed. Easy peasy!

Here is another simple card that I created with the Cotton Specialty paper in this collection. I crumpled it up, flattened it back out and attached it to my project, then stamped the foliage and greeting over the top. I used my Stamparatus for the greeting because I needed to stamp it a few times to get the greeting dark enough to be visible.

Here’s another simple sample using some of that beautiful designer paper.

On the next card I used the large foliage die to create the effect of a wreath. I laid it over top of the card front embossed with the Merry Melody embossing folder – a new favorite of mine.

I used the dies on this card as well. I just knew the border die would create a gorgeous edge and it sure does!

Last but not least, let’s look at the sixth card that I created using a fun technique and my Stamparatus. This one is my favorite! And it’s so simple.

Stamparatus Technique

For a full explanation of this technique, take a look at the video I linked to above. Basically, to create this card, I mounted the stamp to my Stamparatus, then instead of inking the stamp with an ink pad, I began inking it with sponge daubers. I inked one dauber, applied that color to a certain portion of the stamp, then stamped onto the cardstock. I repeated this using several colors until I liked the end result…I mean loved the end result. I LOVE this card and I MUST make more projects with this technique soon!

Thank you Terry! Actually, I just chose them because I thought they would look nice together. I needed a good berry color so I picked that first, then added the two contrasting greens. Tan/ brown often looks nice mixed into floral or greenery type stamps, so I added it too. It would be fun to play with different color combinations.
